This policy supplements our Terms of Service. Sqoutly helps you find and reach potential clients — but how you use the leads you find matters. Violating this policy can result in account termination without refund.
Email outreach rules
Do
- Comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and any other applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Include a working unsubscribe link in every outreach email.
- Include a valid physical address.
- Honor opt-out requests within 10 business days.
- Review and personalize AI-generated email drafts before sending.
Don't
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited emails.
- Use misleading subject lines or deceptive content.
- Send AI-generated emails without reviewing them first.
- Harvest or resell contact info to third parties.
Data usage
- Use leads and search results to prospect for your own services. That's what it's for.
- Don't scrape, bulk-export, or systematically extract data to resell or redistribute.
- Don't build a competing product using data from Sqoutly.
Platform rules
- Don't create multiple free accounts to bypass limits.
- Don't share credentials or let others use your account.
- Don't attempt to bypass usage limits or exploit vulnerabilities.
AI content
Audit reports and email drafts are suggestions. You're responsible for anything you send — even if AI wrote the first draft.
Enforcement
Violations may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent termination. We decide what counts as a violation.
