1. What we collect

Your email address, name, and profile photo (if you sign in with Google).

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — only a reference ID to manage your subscription.

Usage data

We track how many searches, audits, and leads you've used to enforce plan limits. We also use authentication cookies to keep you logged in.

Content you create

Leads, notes, audit results, and email drafts you generate within the platform.

2. How we use it

• To provide and operate the service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (verification, billing receipts).
• To enforce our terms and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data. We do not run ads.

3. Third-party services

We use third-party providers for payments (Stripe), search data (Google), and AI analysis (Anthropic). Each operates under their own privacy policies. We share only what's necessary to provide the service — we do not send your personal information to AI providers.

4. Data retention

Your account data is kept as long as your account is active. Leads and notes persist until you delete them. AI audit results expire automatically after 30 days. You can request full account deletion at any time.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit. Database access is scoped so you can only see your own data. API routes are authenticated and rate-limited. That said, no system is 100% secure and we can't guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

You can:

• Access or export your data.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.

7. Children

Sqoutly is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn we've collected data from a minor, we'll delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of Sqoutly means you accept the changes.
