Terms of Service
Last updated: February 28, 2026
1. Agreement
By using Sqoutly you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
Sqoutly helps freelancers and agencies find potential clients by searching public business data, running AI-powered website audits, generating cold email drafts, and managing leads.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- Don't create multiple free accounts to get around usage limits.
4. Billing
Paid plans (Starter $29/mo, Pro $59/mo, Agency $199/mo) are billed monthly through Stripe. The free tier requires no payment.
Each plan has usage limits that reset monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your settings.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime — your paid features stay active through the end of the billing period, then you revert to free. Your data is kept.
We generally don't offer refunds since you get immediate access to the service. Exceptions: billing errors (full refund) and significant outages (prorated credit, case-by-case). Refund requests must be sent within 14 days to support@sqoutly.com.
6. Acceptable use
Use Sqoutly in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. Don't:
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited emails.
- Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other anti-spam/privacy laws.
- Scrape data or try to bypass usage limits.
- Use the service for anything illegal or fraudulent.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Your content
You own the leads, notes, and content you create on Sqoutly. We don't claim rights over your stuff.
Business data in search results comes from public sources. AI audit reports and email drafts are suggestions — you're responsible for reviewing and editing anything before you send it.
8. No warranties
Sqoutly is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of search results or AI analysis, or that using the service will get you clients.
9. Liability
We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last 12 months.
You're responsible for the emails and outreach you send using information from Sqoutly.
10. Account deletion
You can request account deletion anytime by emailing support@sqoutly.com. We can also terminate accounts that violate these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.
